Return Policy

Due to licensing restrictions most diagnostics and software are not returnable.

Any cables or unused hardware must be pre-authorized before returning by calling us at (616) 531-8868 within 30 days of purchase. An RGA number will be assigned and you will be asked to provide the original order #,  date of purchase and reason for the return.

The representative will provide you with an RGA # via email. Print and place the form provided in the original box with your return. Once we receive your item we will inspect for any damage/defects. Refunds are typically initiated within 5 business days from receipt of the returned goods.  Returns submitted after the RGA expiration date will not receive a refund and will only qualify for store credit.

All returns are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.  Restocking fees vary depending on the condition of the goods at the time of the return and the individual manufacturer's return policy.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DiagnosticSuperstore / Unique Truck Equipment reserves the right to offer the following for all properly returned items (a. exchange  b. store credit  c. refund  d. none of the above for non-returnable software)
